1. Acceptance

By using ARIS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ARIS is an AI Operating System that runs as an MCP server plugin for Claude Code and compatible AI coding tools. It provides skills, routing, memory, and other AI orchestration features.

3. Subscriptions

• Free tier: Available indefinitely with limited features
• Paid tiers: Monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. All prices include taxes
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first subscription

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract ARIS skill content
• Share your license key with others
• Use ARIS for illegal activities
• Redistribute ARIS skills or components without permission

5. Intellectual Property

ARIS, its skills, tools, and documentation are proprietary. Your data, code, and AI outputs remain yours. We claim no ownership over anything you create using ARIS.

6. Limitation of Liability

ARIS is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of ARIS, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, or business interruption. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
